Body Pillow
Each pillow is custom made according to your measurements. The pillows are stuffed and made out of a Muslim material and have the ability for stuffing to be added or removed. The first pillow comes pre-stuffed, the second one is the cover - you stuff the cover with pillows. Both are your choice of color. My pillows are custom made and come with a lot of stuffing, unlike what you would get at a store, which can be flimsy (due to lack of stuffing). I'm a therapist, so this is more of a hobby for me. I enjoy helping people sleep more ergonomically correct. Your pillow will last for years!
What is the correct posture for sleeping?
Well it depends on how you personally like to sleep. If you are a Side Sleeper, you should be using a properly sized body pillow that gives your knees sufficient space to maintain a comfortable gait as you sleep.
